What about a language? Duolingo is a great place to start. With an free downloadable app with every language it couldn’t be easier to start!

2. Start listening to podcasts Next time you are driving to work, how about you turn off your music for a change and listen to podcasts or Ted Talks to educate yourself.  Listening to podcasts has a lot of benefits, for instance, it forces people to use their imagination and build the pictures in their mind. Therefore, those regular listeners have a stronger and more vivid imagination, which overall helps you to become a better listener. There are so many available free on Spotify!

3. Learn to cook healthy meals With the new lockdown and all this free time, what a perfect time to learn to cook some healthy and nutritious meals. Last lockdown the banana bread was making waves, so what will it be this time around? Or if you can’t be bothered there is always Hello Fresh 😜

4. Enjoy the Little Things If 2020 has taught us anything, it is to appreciate those around you. Living life to the fullest doesn’t just mean setting big goals like bungee jumping or owning a house in Dubai. It also includes learning to enjoying the little things and appreciating life’s simple pleasures.
